Journal of Integrated Business and Banking (JIBB) is a journal that uses a double-blind peer-review system and describes itself as a dynamic platform for collecting and exchanging academic research relevant to the fields of education and social sciences, both domestically and internationally. Journal of Integrated Business and Banking (JIBB) is involved in the analysis and debate of various themes inherent in Integrated Banking and Business, including the banking policy framework, Liquidity, Finance, Risk Management, Corporate Governance and Banking Performance, extended to academics, research bodies, and applied practitioners. Knowledge sharing and intellectual exchange are the two main objectives of Journal of Integrated Business and Banking (JIBB). Meanwhile, the Integrated Banking and Business Journal (JIBB) primarily targets policymakers, educational institutions, and relevant stakeholders by providing diverse perspectives on complex issues and opportunities within the Integrated Banking and Business framework. This research was conducted at LPDs in Kuta District with a sample of 98 respondents who were taken using a purposive random sampling technique. All data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires is feasible and then analyzed using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing (t-test and f-test). The results showed that (1) The effectiveness of the Accounting Information System has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at LPD in Kuta District. This shows that the better or more effective the accounting information system is, the more employee performance will increase at LPDs in Kuta District. (2) Locus of Control positively and significantly affects employee performance at LPDs in Kuta District. This shows that the better or more Locus of Control, the more Employee Performance will increase in motorized vehicles at LPDs in Kuta District. (3) Work Culture positively and significantly affects Employee Performance at LPDs in Kuta District. The sample consists of 100 PKK women who have a business or side business of batik patchwork, taken using a purposive random sampling technique. The data were analyzed concerning the Validity and Reliability test, Linearity, t-test, F-test, Coefficient of Determination, Path analysis and Correlation. The results of the test partially that product innovation and entrepreneurial competence and business strategy have a positive and significant effect on performance. Entrepreneurial competence and product innovation have a positive and significant effect on business strategy partly. The variables of entrepreneurial competence, product innovation and business strategy were able to contribute to improving performance by 78.22%, and the rest is explained by other variables such as entrepreneurial orientations, environment, competitive advantage and others. From the path analysis, it was found that business strategy could better mediate the effect of entrepreneurial competence and product innovation on performance.
